Stage-gatedEach stage ends with a deliverable you keep and a decision that is yours.

Owned by youEverything we build is assigned to you as we go. Our fees carry no equity.

What we do

End-to-end venture building.

Product, engineering and operating capability under one team, from the first opportunity scan to the transfer of an operating business, or for the single stage you need.

Ends with a written recommendation

Opportunity Scan & Validation

We identify where your group holds an advantage a new venture can use, test the strongest opportunities with real customers and a working prototype, and give you our recommendation in writing.

Ends with a product live in your cloud

Venture Build

We build the product to enterprise standard in your own cloud, integrated with your systems and the Kingdom’s national services, and transfer it to you as it is produced.

Ends with an operating business, handed over

Venture Operations & Transfer

We run the venture through its first commercial phase, report against agreed targets, and hand over an operating business with its own team.

Funds and venture programmes can reserve the same capability under their own brand.

Who we work with

Organisations with a mandate to build.

Family offices, conglomerates & holdings

New businesses beyond the founding companies

Ventures drawn from the assets and relationships your operating companies already hold. Ownership stays with the family and the engagement stays confidential.

Our approach

Investor discipline and enterprise delivery,
in one team.

Investor discipline

We assess each opportunity as an investor would

Customer evidence, unit economics and competitive position, before capital is committed. Our recommendation is in writing, including when it is no.

Enterprise delivery

Built to the standard your group requires

Senior product and engineering people, security and integration designed in from the start, and everything documented for the team that will own it.

Local by design

Built for the market it will operate in

We research with buyers in the market, deliver in Arabic where the customer needs it, and hand over ventures staffed locally.

What we build best

B2B software, built as a business rather than a project.

Our strength is business software. Platforms and mobile products sold to other businesses, designed from the start with the operations, the team and the economics to run as a company. The industry is yours and the model is what we know.

B2B SaaS platformsSoftware serving businesses your group already knows, built for recurring revenue and enterprise sales.
Mobile applicationsFor customers, field teams or partners, built alongside the platform they connect to.
AI-native productsAI designed into the product from the first version, where it creates a real advantage for the user.
Integrated with local infrastructureIdentity, e-invoicing, payments and data-residency requirements handled from day one.

Across the industries our clients operate in, from real estate, retail and hospitality to logistics, industrial, healthcare, education and financial services.

Our commitment

Built as if it were our own.

We build each venture the way we would build our own. Validated before it is funded, engineered to last, and handed over with the team and the documentation to run it without us.

About

Why we started WeaveLines Works.

Groups with the assets to build new businesses rarely find a partner who brings both an investor’s discipline and an enterprise-grade delivery team, and who leaves the venture fully owned by the client. WeaveLines Works exists to be that partner. We validate before capital is committed, build to the standard a group requires, and hand over an operating business with its own team.

We work with family offices, corporates and funds that hold those assets and mandates, and we build each venture for the market and the infrastructure it will operate in from day one.

Leadership

Led by its founders.

Each engagement has a founder as its accountable lead and a senior product and engineering team behind it.

FAQ

Questions we are asked first.

No. We do not name clients or publish case material without your written consent. References are given privately, with your agreement.

You do. Intellectual property is assigned to you as the work progresses, and our fees carry no equity.

Case by case, and only at your invitation. Our services are equity-free by default. Where a client would like us invested alongside them, WeaveLines Ventures, our co-investment arm, can consider it. That is agreed separately and is never a condition of an engagement.

Each stage is priced as a fixed fee for an agreed scope, before it begins. We share our commercial terms in full at the first meeting.

The validation stage exists to establish that before a build is funded. If our recommendation is not to proceed, we say so, with the evidence. The decision is yours.

Our founders lead each engagement and our engineering team is in Tunis. Builds run in your own cloud environment and are designed for PDPL and local data-residency requirements.

An executive sponsor for a few hours a week, access to your operating managers during the opportunity scan and, once a build begins, a product owner from your side working with our team.
